There are many people who play a vital role in our life together at Trinity. A few of us have formal leadership positions that help guide and organize our community. We lead from a team approach, which means no one person is in charge. Instead, we seek consensus on important decisions. This approach is meant to foster humility, active listening, balanced perspectives and a deeper awareness of God’s presence.

Our Leadership Team is divided into pastors and elders. These groups share the same functions and responsibilities. The only difference is our co-vocational pastors are paid in order to give them more time and freedom to focus on our community.
